I acquired from eBay. I replaced one of the video RAM chips resulting in a nice clean boot. This Model I came with the carry cases a monitor cover and cassette drive and cables.

TRS-80 Model I found on eBay not working correctly. After some research got it working.

Here is another Model I I picked up along the way. This one has the expansion interface. Note 48k displayed on screen.

I acquired from eBay. I replaced one of the video RAM chips resulting in a nice clean boot. This Model I came with the carry cases a monitor cover and cassette drive and cables.

I found this site and a document found there very helpful. After reading it I was able to identify the specific chip that was in error. I found a replacement on eBay for a couple bucks. Working again.
