Not tested.Condition appears quite a bit better than front panel paint would indicate. Note DEC documentation and engineering drawings.
PDP 8M
I worked on this a bit at VCF West 2017 Thread: Live from VCF West 2017 8M Power Up Then a bit once I returned home. Tested power supply good. Closer but no Cigar.
